Marketplace delivery in Montreal
Your find is still with the seller. Let’s check how to get it home.
Need to collect a Marketplace purchase or an item from a private seller? Our minivan service is for items compatible with the Kia and the access conditions. Two people handle accepted items: you do not need to carry them.
About 25 kg maximum per item. Very fragile items and full household moves are not accepted. Size, total load and access must be checked.

Before arranging collection
Ask the seller for a photo, item dimensions, estimated weight, floor and access at collection. Include the same access information for your destination and your preferred date. Do not consider the transport booked until it has been confirmed together.
A small piece of furniture is not automatically eligible
About 25 kg maximum per item. Size, fragility, total load and the minivan configuration also matter. Very fragile items are not accepted. A photo alone does not confirm that the item fits: include its measurements.
What will your purchase delivery cost?
The price depends on the items, route, handling, access and any extra stops. Send the details on Messenger to request a quote. This page does not guarantee a fixed price or an available time slot.

Before you contact us
Do I need to be at the seller’s address?
Presence and coordination at both addresses must be discussed with your request. Tell us who can provide access to the item and who will receive it. The client does not need to carry accepted items.
Can you deliver a purchase from somewhere other than Marketplace?
You can submit another eligible purchase. Include the collection location, item, dimensions and weight so feasibility can be assessed.
