Do I need to help carry? What about stairs?
No. Two people handle your accepted items; you do not need to help carry. Stairs, floors and elevators depend on the items and access. Send photos of the items and access at both addresses; feasibility and conditions remain to be confirmed for your request.
Which areas do you cover?
Montreal, Laval, Longueuil and nearby areas. Other routes must be checked, up to about 1½ hours’ drive from Montreal, depending on exact addresses and traffic. This is a service area, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Can we arrange recurring deliveries?
Tell us about the goods, quantities, destinations, preferred dates and frequency. Recurring delivery requests are assessed individually. A regular service or fixed time slots are not guaranteed.
What affects the price?
The items, route, handling, access and any extra stops. Send the details to request a personalized quote.
What weight and items do you accept?
About 25 kg maximum per item, not per order. Item size, fragility, the total load, the Kia’s configuration and access must also be checked. Very fragile items are not accepted; weight alone does not determine eligibility.
Do you handle full household moves?
No. Our service covers partial moves of a few accepted items that fit the minivan, not the full contents of a home. Even a small home is outside the service if it is a complete move.
Does my quote request reserve a date?
No. A quote request does not reserve a time slot. The transport, date and conditions remain to be confirmed together. No message is sent automatically: you write your request in Messenger.
